Bistro Qui? Limited is a family of restaurants based in Liverpool city centre, with support office located on the historic Rodney Street. The company was first established in 2003, operated by family members, Mark Friend and Stephen Slater.

An appetite for fresh food, quality wines, beers and the desire to exceed customer expectations were the driving forces behind them setting up their first restaurant, Bistro Pierre, in Liverpool’s vibrant Cavern Quarter.

The success of this first project was soon followed by Bistro Jacques on Hardman Street, in the city's buzzing theatre-land.

The Hub Alehouse & Kitchen located in The Casartelli Building opened in February 2011. This was the duo’s first venture outside the Bistro concept and this award-winning gastro-pub has proven to be a resounding success, providing a relaxing place to meet, eat and drink.

Bistro Qui? opened Bistro Jacques Shrewsbury in the heart of Shropshire in the summer of 2012. The daily changing menus, combined with a warm, inviting and relaxed style of service has placed the Shrewsbury venture as a firm favourite for the dining out community.

The Button Street Smokehouse is Bistro Qui?’s latest venture. The new smokehouse concept opened in May 2014. The restaurant is situated within Baker House in Liverpoool’s Cavern Quarter. Cooking style & decor embrace the roots of the Deep South with an inner city vibe and urban feel.

The Refinery…kitchen, bar & live music venue opened in March 2016 on the corner of Liverpool’s Hope Street & Myrtle Street. Variety of dishes on the menu, cocktails, real ales and world beers with a casual feel.

Chicha – Peruvian Street Kitchen is Bistro Qui’s latest venture. Opened on Liverpools’ popular Bold Street in July 2016, Chicha is already extremely popular amongst diners.
